Do dairy products cause eczema?

Citrus fruits can cause an allergic reaction if you have a citrus fruit allergy. This is due to the chemicals found in citrus, such as a class of proteins called allergens. If you’re not sure if it’s a true allergy, avoid eating citrus for at least two weeks and see if it reduces your symptoms.
